We keep this simple, because your trust is the whole point. Here's what Ad Titan collects, how we use it, and the control you keep, including the ad-account data we read through your Google and Meta connections.

1. Who we are and what this covers

Ad Titan ("Ad Titan", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by MAK Technologies Inc, is a paid-media management platform at https://app.getadtitan.com. This policy explains what we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. It covers our website (https://www.getadtitan.com) and the Ad Titan app.

By using Ad Titan, you agree to how we handle information as described here. If you're not comfortable with it, please don't use the service.

2. Information we collect

We collect information in three ways:

  • Things you give us. Your account details (name, work email, password), your organization and team members, your preferences, billing details where they apply, and anything you type into the product (questions to the Atlas assistant, saved views, reports, and support messages).
  • Ad-account data from your connections. When you connect a Google Ads or Meta Ads account, you let us read that account's data through the platform's official API: campaigns, ad groups, keywords, ads, budgets, performance numbers (spend, clicks, conversions, and so on), change history, and account status. We use this to monitor, analyze, and optimize your campaigns.
  • Things we collect automatically. Basic technical and usage data such as your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you view, and what you click, gathered through cookies to keep the service secure and working.

3. How we use your information

We use what we collect to:

  • Run the platform: sync your accounts, run checks, raise alerts, and build analysis and reports.
  • Apply changes to your ad accounts only when you approve them, and keep a reversible record of every change.
  • Power AI features such as the Atlas assistant (more on that below).
  • Keep the service secure, prevent abuse, fix problems, and watch performance.
  • Talk to you about alerts, product updates, security notices, and support.
  • Meet our legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

We don't sell your personal information. And we don't use the data from your connected ad accounts for advertising, or to train anyone else's AI models.

4. AI features and the Atlas assistant

The Atlas assistant answers questions about a chosen account using that account's real, already-synced numbers. To write an answer, it sends the relevant account data and your question to our AI provider (currently OpenAI) through their API. Atlas is read-only; it never changes your ad account.

Our AI provider only uses that data to return your answer, and under our agreement with them, it isn't used to train their models. If you'd rather skip AI processing entirely, just don't use the assistant.

5. How we share information

We share information only where it's needed to run the service, and only with providers that are bound to protect it. Our main sub-processors are:

  • Google for the Google Ads API, so we can read and (with your approval) update your Google Ads accounts.
  • Meta for the Meta Marketing API, so we can read and (with your approval) update your Meta Ads accounts.
  • OpenAI to power the Atlas assistant, as described above.
  • Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers to run the app, database, and background jobs.
  • Email, error-monitoring, and analytics providers to deliver notifications and keep the service reliable.

We may also share information to comply with the law, respond to lawful requests, protect our rights and our users, or as part of a merger or acquisition (and we'll tell you if that happens). We never sell personal information.

6. Google and Meta platform data

Our use of information from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Data from Google Ads is used only to provide and improve the features you connect it for. It's never sold, and never used for advertising.

Our access to Meta Ads data follows the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies in the same way. You can revoke our access whenever you like, from your Google or Meta settings, or by disconnecting the account inside Ad Titan.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your information while your account is active and for as long as we need it to run the service. Synced ad metrics stick around so your historical analysis and reporting still work. When you disconnect an account or close your workspace, we delete or de-identify the related data within a reasonable time, unless we have to keep it to meet a legal, security, or accounting obligation.

8. Security

We protect your data with encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege access. Connections to Google and Meta use official OAuth, so we never see or store your ad-platform passwords, and Ad Titan stays read-only until you approve a change. No system is ever perfectly secure, but we work at this constantly.

9. International data transfers

We may process and store information in countries other than where you live, including the United States. Where the law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, to protect your information when it crosses borders.

10. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, to object to or limit certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You can update much of your information right in the app, disconnect ad accounts whenever you like, and reach out to us to exercise any of these rights. We won't treat you any differently for asking.

To make a request, email us at support@getadtitan.com. We may need to confirm who you are before we act on it.

11. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and keep the service secure. We don't use advertising cookies. You can control cookies in your browser settings, though some things may not work without them.

12. Children's privacy

Ad Titan is a business tool and isn't meant for children under 16. We don't knowingly collect information from children. If you think a child has given us information, let us know and we'll delete it.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy now and then. When we make a meaningful change, we'll update the date above and, where it makes sense, let you know. Using the service after an update means you accept the new version.
